9/24/2010 - New! Large Double Lobster Extender! After making many of these as custom orders, I've decided to add them to the shop for all to enjoy. Like the original Double Lobster Extender, it allows you to shorten a chain necklace, lengthen a necklace, and even by-pass other clasps. The larger size will work with thicker chains. Available in 1 1/2" to 4 1/2" lengths; 14K Gold Fill, Sterling Silver, and Antique Sterling Silver.
 2/08/2010 - New "Antique" Finish! All Sterling Silver Extenders are now available in a blackened finish! This new finish is accomplished by oxidizing the silver and then polishing it to a luxurious sheen. Dangles available for Antique finish are Peacock Pearl, Black Diamond Swarovski Crystal, and Antique Ball. Peacock pearl and black diamond are shown below.   10/11/2009 - Our newest addition is the Large Lobster Bracelet Extender. Save money by buying this set of (1) 3" Sterling Lobster Extender and (1) 3" Gold Filled Lobster Extender. The new gold cable chain allows us to offer this set at a reduced price. Originally designed to turn a charm bracelet into a necklace, the Double Lobster Jewelry Extender can also be used to: * shorten a chain necklace * bypass an different type of clasp, like a pearl or toggle * use it as a safety chain for magnetic, hook, or loose box clasps * turn a single strand into a double strand necklace.
