You Should Know that many of our jewelry items are "one of a kind" and therefore, subject to prior sale.  You will be notified within 24 hours if we are unable to fill your order and your payment will be immediately refunded.

We accept the above payment methods via Paypal and Google.  Both companies use Secure Socket Layer technology to protect your personal information.  We can also accept e-checks and payments thru Paypal.

To use your Google account, simply choose the Google Checkout button in the cart when you're ready to pay.




To Place an Order please use our secure shopping cart.  The "add to cart" button will add (1) unit to your cart.  To increase units, simply highlight the quantity and change to the desired quantity, then hit "recalculate" at the bottom of the page.  Instructions on completing your order are included in the cart.  Please be sure to hit the "submit order" button only once or you will be charged twice.  Print a copy of your confirmation email for your records as packing slips have been eliminated to save trees.


Check Out is easy and secure with our payment processors.  You will have the option to pay with your Paypal Account, Your Credit Card via Paypal (no Paypal account required) or your Google account via Google Checkout.


Paypal Account:  To use your paypal account to pay with your account balance, credit card on file, or echeck, you will need to log in.  Please note that echecks take 3-5 days to clear.  If you ship to a confirmed address, your order will be processed generally within 24 hours.

If you choose to ship to an unconfirmed address, please expect a delay as we will try to reach you to confirm your order.

Credit Card via Paypal:  NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED.  Simply proceed through the cart as directed using the secure Paypal CC Processor. If you are shipping to a confirmed address, your order will be processed within 24 hours. If you are not shipping to a confirmed address, you will incur a delay while we try to reach you.

In the event we are unable to confirm your order, it will be cancelled and your money refunded.  Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your refund.  Your purchase will show on your credit card statement as DIANABOSTAN (due to the limited number of characters allowed by various credit card companies).

Google Checkout:  To use your google account, please select the Google Checkout button during checkout.  When their processor has approved your purchase, your credit card will be charged.  If there is a problem processing your credit card, Google will contact you with info on how to proceed with your order.  Ie. Recently a customer placed an order using Google checkout but their expiration date needed updating.  As soon as the customer updated their expiration date, their purchase was approved.  We were then able to fill their order.

Sales Tax of 5.5% will be added to all orders shipped to Wisconsin.


Order Processing generally occurs within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.  Stock jewelry orders received before noon usually ship the same day; orders received after noon ship the next day.  Exceptions include "custom" and "made to order" items ie. personalized jewelry/gifts, jewelry extenders, and other items where specified in the description.  Note:  During the holiday season, order fulfillment could take 3-5 days.


Gift Boxes are included for necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.  Your jewelry item will arrive in our logo gift box with a logo tag that includes care instructions.  Gift items such as bookmarks and wine charm sets arrive mounted on a description card; logo gift boxes are available for a small charge.


Our Guarantee   We've been told again and again that our products are much more beautiful in person! But we shop the internet too, so we understand your concern about ordering something over the net.   We want you to be delighted with your purchase so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all in-stock items.   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund.  Sorry, custom orders are not returnable.


Returns  are accepted for items in original, unworn, & resalable condition only.  You must email us within 7 days with the reason for your return and to obtain RA# and our "Returns" address.  Please pack your item/s carefully *, indicate the RA# on the outside of the package, and ship via an insured, trackable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.  Refunds will not be given for items lost or damaged in transit.   Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.  Custom orders are not returnable.  Packages not received within 14 days of receipt of your order may be subject to a restocking fee; returns sent without prior notification will be rejected.

* 1/27/2010:  Recently, extenders were received wrapped in paper and shipped in a letter size envelope.  We were unable to refund the customer because the items arrived damaged - chains smashed and clasps broken.  Please note that if you choose to return your items this way, you may not receive your refund.  Neither will we spend money to return damaged items to you.  If you choose to ship your items without insurance and they arrive damaged, you may not receive a refund.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.


Contact us with any questions you have about our products, services, or your order by using the "contact" link at the top of every page. (Our old email address "service" has been disconnected due to excessive spamming.)  We check our email several times throughout the day so you should expect a response within 24 hours during the work week.  If you do not receive a response from us, it may be because you have a spam blocker on.  Please check the message board for a reply and check with your email client on how to allow emails from us.


Shipping/Handling Fees - WITHIN THE US ONLY- cover the cost of packaging, shipping, and insuring your order as well as the time it takes to process your order.  Generally, orders ship within 48 hours of receipt via your choice of USPS First Class, Priority, or Express Service. Please note that made to order items, like our jewelry extenders, may require additional time. Contact us if your order is urgent and we'll do our best to expedite shipment. International Customers please email us for ship rates.

Occasionally we offer Free Shipping promotions and if you have joined our group on facebook, "Diana Bostany Jewelry", you will be notified of these specials.

Shipping/handling fees are not refundable, however, if you place more than one order in the same day and they can be shipped in the same package, please email us and a refund will be issued for the lower cost shipping charge.

Note:  If your package is returned to us as "unclaimed", you will receive an email from us.  If a response is not received a credit will be issued for merchandise value minus our payment processing fee; again, shipping charges are not refundable.

International Customers - We accept Paypal payments from International customers with a paypal account * and now offer Priority International Flat Rate Shipping to CANADA, MEXICO, and other PAYPAL participating countries.  Rates include Shipping, Handling, and Tracking however, there is NO INSURANCE.  Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damages/loss incurred in transit and any applicable import fees and taxes will be your responsibility.

Custom Design is available.  If you have something in mind and would like to have it custom made, please email us with as much information as possible to begin the process.  A deposit is required for items over $100.00; full payment is required to begin work for items under $100.00.  Please note that custom items are not returnable.


Wholesale inquiries are welcome!  If you are the owner of a retail operation and would like to carry our merchandise, please email us with the following information: your name, company, email address, and a copy of your state tax ID certificate.  Upon receipt, we will contact you with our wholesale terms.  Please note that the shopping cart on this site is not set up to handle wholesale orders and instructions on how to order will be included in our email; items marked "Special Pricing" are not available for wholesale purchase.
