eliminated to save time and money.
Sales Tax
of 5.5% will be added to all orders shipped to
Wisconsin.
Order
Fulfillment generally occurs within 24-48 hours of receipt of
your order. Stock jewelry orders received before noon usually
ship the same day; orders received after noon ship the next day.
Exceptions include "custom" and "made to order" items ie.
personalized jewelry/gifts, jewelry extenders, and other items
where specified in the description. Note: During the
holiday season, order fulfillment could take 3-5 days.
Gift Boxes are included for necklaces, bracelets, and
earrings. Your jewelry item will arrive in our logo gift box
with a logo tag that includes care instructions. Gift items
such as bookmarks and wine charm sets arrive mounted on a
description card; logo gift boxes are available for a small
charge.
Our Guarantee We've been told again and again that
our products are much more beautiful in person! But we shop the
internet too, so we understand your concern about ordering
something over the net. We want you to be delighted with
your purchase so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all
in-stock items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, return it for a refund. Sorry, custom orders
are not returnable.
Returns are accepted for items in original, unworn,
& resalable condition only. You must email us
within 7 days with the reason for your return and to obtain RA# and
our "Returns" address. Please pack your item/s carefully,
indicate the RA# on the outside of the package, and ship via an
insured, trackable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery
confirmation. Refunds will not be given for items lost in
transit. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders are not returnable. Packages not received
within 14 days of receipt of your order may be subject to a
restocking fee; returns sent without prior notification will be
rejected.
Contact us with any questions you have about our products,
services, or your order by using the "contact" link at the top of
every page. (Our old email address "service" has been disconnected
due to excessive spamming.) We check our email several times
throughout the day so you should expect a response within 24 hours
during the work week. If you do not receive a response from
us, it may be because you have a spam blocker on. Please check the
message board for a reply and
check with your email client on how to allow emails from
us.
Shipping/Handling Fees - WITHIN THE US ONLY- cover the cost
of packaging, shipping, and insuring your order as well as the time
it takes to process your order. Occasionally we offer Free
Shipping promotions and if you have joined our email list, you will
be notified of these specials. The option to join is in the
cart.
Shipping/handling fees are not
refundable, however, if you place more than one order in the same
day and they can be shipped in the same package, please email us
and a refund will be issued for the lower cost shipping charge.
Note: If your package is returned to us as "unclaimed", you will receive an email from us. If a response is not received a credit will be issued for merchandise value minus our payment processing fee; again, shipping charges are not refundable.
